- Error Code 03 - Braked: This code appears when the brake is in a braking state. The brake lever might be stuck at braking. To resolve this, check and ensure the brake lever is not stuck. If it doesn't recover, the brake lever should be changed.
- Error Code 04 - Open Throttle Fault: This occurs when the throttle has not returned to the start-up position. Check if the throttle is stuck and try to return it to the start-up position for resolution.
- Error Code 05 - Throttle Fault: This indicates potential damage to the throttle. Inspect the cable or throttle for any damage.
- Error Code 06 - Low Voltage Protection: This error is triggered when the battery voltage is too low to operate. The solution is to charge the battery properly.
- Error Code 07 - Over Voltage Protection: This code shows up when the battery voltage is too high. Check if an incorrect battery is used on the bike.
- Error Code 08 - Motor Hall Signal Fault: This is due to the motor’s hall sensor wire being disconnected or damaged. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the motor cable. If it doesn't recover, seek technical support.
- Error Code 09 - Motor Phase Line Fault: Similar to Error 08, this involves the motor’s phase wire. The resolution process is also the same as Error 08.
- Error Code 10 - Motor High Temperature Fault: This error indicates that the motor has reached its highest allowable temperature. Allow the motor to cool down before using the e-bike again.
- Error Code 11 - Motor High Temperature Fault / Motor Temperature Sensor Fault: This is triggered when the motor’s temperature sensor becomes disconnected or damaged. Contact technical support for assistance.
- Error Code 12 - Controller Current Sensor Fault: This occurs when the controller’s current sensor becomes disconnected or damaged. Restart the bike to check if it recovers, and if not, contact support.
- Error Code 14 - Controller High Temperature Fault: Similar to the motor high temperature fault, this happens when the controller reaches its highest temperature. Allow it to cool down before reuse.
- Error Code 15 - Controller Temperature Sensor Fault: This error is due to the controller’s temperature sensor being disconnected or damaged. Technical support should be contacted in this case.
- Error Code 21 - Motor Speed Sensor Fault: Indicates issues with the motor’s speed sensor, either being disconnected or damaged. Check if the motor cable is loose and try reconnecting. Contact support if it doesn't resolve.
- Error Code 27 - Controller Over-current Protection: This is triggered when the current is higher than the controller’s maximum acceptable value. Technical support should be involved.
- Error Code 30 - Communication Fault: Indicates a poor connection between the controller and the display. Check all cable connectors for corrosion or damage.
- Error Code 35 - Controller 15V Conversion Module Fault: This error occurs when the conversion module inside the controller is faulty, indicated by a current lower than 15V. Contact technical support for this issue.
